International Women’s Day Celebration 

2017 Lake County PDA Campaign Theme: 

Be Bold For Change

 

Our Purpose is to: 

  • Celebrate women
  • Promote our progressive agenda
  • Get the word out about Lake County’s Progressive Democrats

When: Wednesday, March 8, 2017 (Times tbd)

 

Places:   tba based on your RSVP's

  • Lakeport – Main St & Third
  • Clearlake – intersection by Walmart?
  • Middletown – tbd
  • Any other Lake County location that you want

 

                        If you have a business, put a sign in your window

                        If you are working all day, post a sign in your car

                        If you live on a busy street, put a sign in your yard

                        Grab a friend or two and stand on a street corner 

Lake County PDA Sign Painting Party  

 

Where: Smiling Dogs Ranch Tasting Room, 3955 Main Street, Kelseyville

 

When: Tuesday, March 7th – 6-8pm

 

RSVP: by Sunday, March 5th     

 

We will have:  

Acrylic paints, brushes, corrugated plastic signboards, drop cloths, etc. 

 

You may want to bring: 

  • Your favorite paint brush
  • Markers, if you prefer
  • Drop cloths or plastic table cloths
  • Empty cans for water, rags
  • Snacks
  • Ideas for slogans celebrating/supporting women and women's issues

 

 

Wine for sale by glass or bottle.
